This was our first time working with Danielle to plan our trip to Portugal and now I couldn’t imagine travelling any other way. Her knowledge and expertise took all the stress and guesswork out of our travel plans.

We flew into Lisbon and stayed for a few days. We then rented a car and drove north with stops along the way which included Obidos – a walled city where we stayed in a spectacular medieval castle – we also stayed in Fatima and the Douro Valley, before ending in Porto. We didn’t need the car in either Lisbon or Porto since Danielle booked us in fantastic locations, where almost everything was walking distance.
We found each area we stayed in to be so diverse, and so different from the last. For example, Obidos had incredible restaurants and shops all accessible within the castle walls, and in the Douro Valley, we stayed in a vineyard with spectacular river and mountain views. Each accommodation had great amenities and was so accessible.
Also all the tours that Danielle recommended were unique experiences. A HUGE thank to Danielle to for making the process so enjoyable and hassle free. We are already talking about our next trip 😊
